PORTER BROWN IS A SMALL FIRM HIGHLY FOCUSED ON THE FOUR SPECIALISED AREAS OF:
Advising is our business. And this we do in simple, easy to understand readable English. We like the uncomplicated approach.
If we think you are asking for the impossible, or are simply on the wrong lines, we will tell you (politely of course!). Sometimes this means you are unlikely to become a client. This is because we believe business based on a false premiss is bad business.
We enjoy being small and have no desire to expand into a company with dozens of 'consultants' (sales orientated advisers).
Sales pressure is anathema to Porter Brown. We advise, make recommendations and then leave you to decide.
We are not open 24 hours a day. We too have lives outside business!
When you call, you will not be held in a queue being told, "Your call is important to us" followed by 'sweet' music! If we cannot answer within 30 seconds you will be invited to leave a message.
